From the very beginning, we have insisted on the highest quality and equipment that meets all demands and expectations. High-pressure pumps, from the Italian manufacturer INTERPUMP, along with their assembly and electric motor, Italian washing guns, combined with our precise and controlled chemical dosing system, meet all expectations, including adequate water consumption and pressure at the system's outlet, which is adjusted to your requirements and standards. Additionally, with our membrane system for producing osmotic/demineralized water, combined with GEYSER-GEJZIR water softeners, we enable vehicle washing without the need to wipe the vehicle after washing, leaving no stains or limescale marks. We store high-quality softened and demineralized water in tanks, ensuring absolute purity. The Car Wash system can offer an appropriate system for producing and heating hot water according to your requirements, including vehicle washing in winter conditions, using heat storage tanks – BUFFER – with capacities of 300, 500, 1000 liters, etc. We offer boiler systems for heating water using liquid fuels (diesel, oil), gas, pellets, electricity, as well as renewable energy sources. We can also offer a complete car wash construction system, turnkey. All components are manufactured according to European standards, compliant with CE certification, from assembly units, shelves, stands, rotating arms, control cabinets, boxes, exchangers, and vacuum cleaners made of high-quality acid-resistant stainless steel – INOX – suitable for all operating conditions. We produce complete control systems (electrical energy cabinets with automation) for low and high-pressure systems, dosing systems. In addition, we manufacture self-service vacuum cleaners, specially designed, as well as token or loyalty card recharge machines. The entire control equipment package includes touch screens, LED INOX buttons, and even monitoring of the entire car wash via your mobile phone/device.

The ALL IN ONE system is based on industrial computer + PLC control, all the way to monitoring the entire car wash system via a Smart app on your mobile phone, with the SCADA system being standard in our production. In addition, we have developed a special Loyalty program, just for you, which offers an easier and faster contactless payment service. The Loyalty program is suitable for both VIP and loyal customers, as well as for various organizations (taxi associations, companies with large vehicle fleets, friends, associates, etc.). We offer the possibility of topping up the loyalty card program via a mobile phone, as well as at our fully fiscalized and specially designed exchange machine for the Car Wash system. The entire process automation is based on the use of an industrial computer + PLC, SCADA system + smart app. The programmable logic controller (PLC) and the industrial computer are responsible for the entire management of the car wash operation, including private settings, testing, monitoring, and viewing the status and operation of your car wash. The SCADA system plays an important role in monitoring and ensuring uninterrupted operation of the car wash, ensuring that the quality of the final service is at the highest level. The SCADA system, synchronized with the aforementioned PLC, is responsible for monitoring and providing a 3D visual display of your car wash’s operation, displaying real-time data, cash register status, alarms, and the operation cycles of the entire car wash, including individual wash bays. The specially designed smart app for mobile devices allows easier insight into the status, operation, and 3D display of processes in your self-service car wash with the SCADA system, from any location. The smart app offers full monitoring of the car wash operation, credit payments in each bay, alarms, water levels, equipment, and component operating hours, etc. Our company provides you with complete services, from assistance and advice on choosing a location, construction of both the building and the overall design of your self-service car wash. In addition to installing equipment, we offer services for automation, adaptation/modification, education, technical support, and we also manufacture plants for the production of demineralized/osmotic water and water filtration.
